What started to be a bonding activity with his older brothers, football has become a way of life for Kristopher John M. Relucio,  popularly known as Kim Relucio. Before it was just kicking the ball and making sure the other person got it. Then it became a discipline. Football got him through college and even paved way to much bigger opportunities  for him.
He was part of the varsity team of the University of San Jose Reculetos in Cebu City. After graduating from college, he then became active with local clubs in Cebu as well as his hometown, Iligan City. In February 2010, LAOS FC welcomed him as the teams newest  defensive player, wearing jersey # 91. With much potential, he was profiled to play for the newly formed Global FC which was then playing for the 2nd Division for the United Football League (UFL). During that season of UFL, Global FC topped the 2nd Division and was moved to play for the 1st Division.Together with his teammates, they bagged the UFL Cup Championship (2011) and ended second in rank during the recently concluded UFL League. He has also been part of the Azkals (Philippine National Football Team) as one of its defensive players. Kim has definitely been known as one of the reliable defensive players as well as a flexible one where in he is able to play midfield or striker if needed. (CR: Fonz)
