UFL Matches 04062011

The weekly action of the LBC United Football League will continue tonight at the University of Makati Football field with Global Smartmatic and Air Force Rider set to continue their undefeated streak against Army Fritz and Macziol and Kaya Smart respectively.

Global v Army – KO 6:30pm
Global looks to continue its dominance at the top of the UFL as it battle Army in the earlier kick off. In their previous match, Global conceded their first goal against Navy FC but was able to come back against the Navymen with second half goals from Aaron Altiche and Izo El-Habbib to seal the three points.

Army, on the other hand is set to bounce back against the league leaders after they suffered a beating against fellow armed forces club Air Force 4-0.

Air Force v Kaya – KO 8:00pm
The second match will also be an interesting match. Air Force, after a 4-0 trashing of Army last week, will set their sights against Kaya FC. This will also be interesting for Air Force striker Surgeant Montillano as he will set his sights on scoring again after making the score sheet in their two previous fixtures.

Kaya FC are set to look for an inspiration after they conceded a late equalizer against Loyola Meralco Sparks FC in their last fixture. They will be without the services of skipper Aly Borromeo, defender Anton del Rosario and more importantly, Coach Rudy del Rosario. This fixture is important for Kaya as they need to wake up after losing to Global FC and drawing against Loyola.

Will Global and Air Force retain their dominance or will Army and Kaya score some upsets. It will all happen later tonight. See you there! It’s OUR Game!!!
