It will start with four Iloilo City football clubs and another four in Davao City with a round robin format using Federation Internationale de Football Association (Fifa) rules.

Patrick Gregorio of Smart said the participants will be football teams from Davao, Iloilo, National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Leyte and Rizal, with homegrown booters to be augmented by some foreign players.
